Perhaps this option will be interesting. In order not to order the product and not wait, you can simply buy a ready-made jewelry item with some cubic zirconia and simply exchange it for the desired gemstone. This pendant was bought in a jewelry store, and in the jewelry workshop they simply replaced the cubic zirconia with spinel. That's it! It's fast! The only thing is that you need to know the diameter of the cubic zirconia to select a gemstone of the same diameter.
Finely executed work from Malkhan tourmaline of a rather rare orange color. All the details are worked out, including the bottom of the miniature (see separate photo). Bogomozov's miniatures are never repeated. And the artist-jeweler will be able to create a unique product. The cost is calculated at about $40 per carat.
Very fine carving, the macro photo specially shows the smallest grooves, emphasizing the texture of the product. Carving by Denis Bogomozov, a famous Ural stone carver. In the middle there is a hole for the central stone. The cost is calculated at about $ 25 per carat.
A very large demantoid. In general, demantoids over 10 carats are considered unique. Initially, it was a flat stone. When cutting, everything would have to be ground off. But the carving retained such a unique weight. There are small "feathers" filled with limonite (this is visible in the macro) and they add naturalness to this carving. The product, of course, will be very special. The cost of this demantoid is calculated at 250 (approximately) dollars per carat. This is a very old price. At current prices for demantoid, now, for such a price you can only buy "garbage", but not a unique stone.
The zoning of tourmaline is played out in an interesting way. Both the stone and the work, complementing each other, look spectacular. The author is the famous stone carver Denis Bogomazov (Ekaterinburg). Be sure to watch the macro video and you will see how the carver uses all the features of the stone in his work.
