Tryphane is a yellow variety of the mineral spodumene. Kunzite is pink, and tryphane is yellow, they are "brothers". Tryphanes are not as common as pink kunzites. The cut is emerald, but with some changes. The bottom of the stone is 4 tiers of facets, and the top is 2 tiers. Due to this, it was possible to achieve a good beautiful play. And, of course, the mirror effect, i.e. the cutting angles are such that all incoming light goes back.
