Very clean for Malyshev stones. There are practically no aquamarines left in the Urals. This is one of the few representatives of Ural aquamarines now. There is an expert opinion from a gemologist
Excellent, very spectacular stone. And now quite rare with such purity. The video was shot under a lamp and in the shade in cloudy weather
A rare gem for the Urals. In general, Ural corundums are opaque and not even translucent. But Snezhinsk corundums have a uniform color and do not have cracks. Under UV, a clear scarlet luminescence appears.
Bluish chrysoberyls are very rare. Often yellow-green or yellow. This is exactly chrysoberyl, there is no alexandrite reverse! Under the lamp there is a change in color to colorless. Like all Malyshev stones, of course, it has inclusions of veils and microflakes of phlogopite. But the stone is beautiful and rare
A very beautiful pair, the stones are the best in both clarity and cutting quality. They were cut about 15 years ago in a factory with very high requirements for the clarity and geometry of the stone. At that time, even the quality control department worked. These stones are perfect!
The color is a soft bluish green. It is not an emerald, but rather a vanadium beryl.
A very large demantoid. In general, demantoids over 10 carats are considered unique. Initially, it was a flat stone. When cutting, everything would have to be ground off. But the carving retained such a unique weight. There are small "feathers" filled with limonite (this is visible in the macro) and they add naturalness to this carving. The product, of course, will be very special. The cost of this demantoid is calculated at 250 (approximately) dollars per carat. This is a very old price. At current prices for demantoid, now, for such a price you can only buy "garbage", but not a unique stone.
Very clean phenakite of delicate peach shade. Be careful in the sun, it can become discolored. Cut with full reflection, i.e. with the "Mirror" effect
The color is very light bluish-green. This is not an emerald, it looks more like a light vanadium beryl. This is confirmed by the official expert opinion. The stone contains many parallel hollow channels, due to which the "Cats eye" effect appeared. Such an optical effect and, especially, the lack of refinement is a rarity
Now, Ural aquamarines are found only at the Malyshevsky deposit, and for Malyshevsky stones, the purity is very good. Without refining, i.e. without impregnation. Cut with the "Mirror" effect. The color is greenish with a slight bluish tint. It manifests itself best in the shade. In a word, such stones are spectacular and quite rare.
Now, Ural aquamarines are found only at the Malyshevsky deposit, and for Malyshevsky stones, the purity is very good. Without refining, i.e. without impregnation. A macro was specially made to show the characteristic inclusions for Malyshevsky stones, i.e. to confirm the Ural origin. Cut with the "Mirror" effect. In a word, such stones are spectacular and quite rare.
Cut from a single crystal. Such weight is unique for Ural demantoid. The combination of unique weight and carving from a famous carver. Just ask about the price!
Truly extremely rare. Astafevskoe, South Urals. A stone with a history: Found in 2005 (A. Mazein - head of the young geologists' club, Plast), was cut by Anatoly Sysoev (Chelyabinsk). In 2015, it was given to Pavel Sosnovskikh for recutting - there was a lot of excess, it was necessary to remove excess quartz). In general, cutting with inclusions of other minerals is a separate, special topic. Such stones are rare and very individual. Of course, their cost is higher, provided that the game and shine of the stone are preserved. The cost can be found out in a private message.
A very rare demantoid. Such were encountered at the beginning of the development of the Karkodinsky site back in the 90s. And even then there were not many of them. There is no small byssolite and therefore the stone has a color play. The combination of such inclusions and play is surprising. These "sticks" are diopside, it is instead of byssolite. At present, such stones simply do not exist. None at all.
The stone is very spectacular and rare. Premium quality! Color standard 2 is the brightest. This is exactly the case when "less is more". The stone is small, but carat stones of this quality will cost VERY much. And there are none.... Extremely rare!
A very rare stone. The same demantoid with a tail, but only red. Red topazolites are found from time to time, but over a carat are very, very rare. The cost can be found in a private message. Just write to me.
An extremely rare demantoid. Such were encountered at the beginning of the development of the Karkodinsky field only in the 90s of the last century. And even then there were not many of them. Usually in the Ural demantoids bissolite and hollow channels, but in this stone we see good, large "sticks" of diopside. At present, such stones simply do not exist, although the cost of this stone is relatively small. Video shot: macro / in daylight shade / under a white lamp.
The color is a soft bluish green. This is not an emerald, more like a vanadium beryl. This is confirmed by the official expert opinion. There are no cracks, only a veil of micro bubbles (see separate macro). With such a rich color, purity and lack of refinement, such stones are quite rare.
